Good question, simple answer: Start with the smallest quota that makes sense. You will receive an e-mail at 90% and 100% usage with a note on the current usage. You can then increase the quota with a few clicks. You can do this in your admin area under the menu "Professional package/Quota". The new quota is active immediately and additional players can register.
The additional quota will only be charged for the additional days in the next billing run.
