Terms and conditions for the Knauf PFT prediction game
Participation in the Knauf PFT prediction game is free of charge and is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.
1. Participation and Procedure
The prediction game is open to the public. To take part, you must register using a valid email address and create a password.
Participation is only possible within the timeframe specified on the platform. Predictions submitted after the relevant deadline cannot be considered.
Only one registration per person is permitted. The use of multiple email addresses or multiple registrations to increase the chances of winning is not permitted.
Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
All persons involved in the design, organisation or running of the prediction game are excluded from participation.
Knauf PFT reserves the right to exclude participants from the prediction game where there are valid grounds for doing so. This applies in particular to:
Manipulation in connection with access to or the running of the prediction game
Breaches of these terms and conditions
Unfair conduct
False or misleading information provided in connection with participation
2. Prizes, notification and delivery
The prizes offered as part of the prediction game will be announced on the relevant website or platform for the prediction game.
Winners will be determined in accordance with the rules laid down for the prediction game.
Winners will be notified of their prize by email once the prediction game has ended. Prizes will be handed over exclusively to the winner.
Exchanges, collection in person and cash payments for the prize are excluded.
Any postage costs for the dispatch of prizes will be borne by Knauf PFT.
If a winner does not respond within one week after being contacted twice, Knauf PFT reserves the right to award the prize to someone else.
Knauf PFT also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prediction game at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, provided that proper conduct of the game cannot be guaranteed for technical, legal or organisational reasons.
3. Liability
Knauf PFT shall only be liable for damage caused by Knauf PFT, its legal representatives or vicarious agents through wilful misconduct or gross negligence. This shall not affect liability for damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health, or liability under mandatory statutory provisions.
4. Data Protection
In connection with participation in the prediction game, personal data will only be processed to the extent necessary for the conduct of the prediction game.

5. Applicable Law
Any questions or complaints relating to the prediction game should be addressed to Knauf PFT. The contact details can be found in the legal notice on the relevant website.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies exclusively. Legal recourse is excluded.
6. Severability clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
In place of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision that most closely approximates the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall be deemed to have been agreed. The same applies in the event of a loophole.
