- Prospects
- Employees
of peoplefone.
3. Data collected
The following personal data is collected for participation in the prediction game:
- First name
- Last name
- Company
- Business email address
- Street
- Postal code
- City
- Country
4. Use of data
The collected data will be used for the following purposes:
- Communication in the context of the prediction game
- Delivery of prizes to the winners
- Business communication – peoplefone reserves the right to contact participants for business purposes
5. Completeness and accuracy of information
Participants are obliged to provide all information completely and truthfully. The delivery of prizes can only be guaranteed if the information provided is correct and complete.
Should a winner's information be incomplete or incorrect, the entitlement to the prize shall be forfeited. In this case, the next-placed participant will automatically move up.
6. Determination of winners and contact
The winners will be determined after the conclusion of the FIFA World Cup 2026 based on the final ranking in the Kicktipp prediction game. Contact and prize delivery will be handled by the respective peoplefone country subsidiary in which the winner is based.
7. Prizes

Cash payment of prizes is excluded. Legal recourse is excluded.
8. Liability
peoplefone assumes no liability for the accuracy of match results on the Kicktipp platform or for technical disruptions that may affect participation.
9. Data protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Further information can be found in our data protection policy for the prediction game.
10. Right to amend
peoplefone reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice or to terminate the prediction game early, provided there are objective reasons for doing so.
