Problem

I have to activate my e-mail address but I didn't receive any e-mail with an activation link.

Solution

  1. Please check the SPAM folder in your mailbox. Maybe the e-mail has arrived there.
  2. Please also check on Kicktipp if you have entered your e-mail address 100% correctly.

If you still don't receive an e-mail from us, it must be delayed by your provider or must have been deleted by a spam filter. Please contact your e-mail provider in this case.

If you have a second e-mail address, you can register with this one.

By the way: If you send us a service request via e-mail, we will reply but you might not receive it though. Hence, absolutely check your spam filter and with provider.
