Terms and Conditions for the World Cup Prediction Game
Organiser
The organiser of the prediction game is ESYLUX GmbH & Co. KG, An der Strusbek 40, 22926 Ahrensburg.
Eligibility
Eligible to participate are natural persons resident in the Member States of the European Union, as well as in Norway and Switzerland. Employees of the organiser and their relatives are excluded from taking part. The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of breaches of these terms and conditions.
Taking part in the prediction game
Participation takes place via the Kicktipp platform (www.kicktipp.com). This requires registration on the platform and joining the organiser’s prediction group.
Participation is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of goods or services.
Rules of the game
Predictions are made on the matches of the FIFA World Cup. Points are awarded in accordance with the rules of the Kicktipp platform and the organiser’s group-specific settings. Only the results and rankings displayed on the platform are authoritative.
Participation period
The prediction game begins on 25 May 2026 and ends with the final match of the World Cup on 19 July 2026. Predictions must be submitted before the start of each match.
Prizes and prize distribution
Winners will be determined based on the total number of points after the tournament has concluded.
In the event of a tie, the ranking will be determined in accordance with the rules of the Kicktipp platform.
Unless otherwise stated, winnings cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged or transferred.
Notification of winnings
Winners will be notified by email or via the platform once the prediction game has ended. If a winner does not come forward within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited without replacement.
Data protection
Participation in the prediction game requires the processing of personal data (e.g. name, email address). This data will be used exclusively for the purpose of running the prediction game.

Disclaimer
The organiser accepts no liability for technical faults, in particular failures of the network, the electronics or the Kicktipp platform. Legal recourse is excluded.
Changes and early termination
The organiser reserves the right to amend the prediction game at any time for good cause or to terminate it early, should this be necessary.
Miscellaneous
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should any individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
